Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Argentex Group PLC (AIM: AGFX), the international provider of bespoke foreign exchange services to institutions, corporates and high net worth private individuals, announces that it has today published the Company's Annual Report for the twelve months ended 31 March 2022.

Argentex also announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11.30 on 22nd August 2022 at Gowling WLG, 4 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AU.

The Annual Report and Notice of AGM have also now been sent to shareholders and is available on the Company's website at www.argentex.com.

Change in Financial Year End

As previously announced, in line with the Company's transition to a global financial solutions provider and to address the historic strong weighting of its financial results to the second half of the financial year, the Company will change its financial year end from 31 March to 31 December.

The Company will present its next unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2022 in November 2022, and its audited results for the nine months ended 31 December 2022 in March 2023.
