Redcentric plc (AIM:RCN) ("Redcentric" or the "Company"), a leading UK IT managed services provider, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022 will be available on the Company's website at www.redcentricplc.com from 8 August 2022. Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will also be posted to shareholders on 8 August 2022.

The AGM of the Company will be held at 12.30 p.m. on Wednesday 7 September 2022 at the offices of finnCap Ltd, 1 Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL.
