The Company's annual general meeting (the "Annual General Meeting") will take place at 14:00 (UK time) on Thursday 22 May 2025 at FGS Global, The Adelphi, 1-11 John Adam Street, London WC2N 6HT.

The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting, including details of how shareholders can appoint a proxy, are being sent to shareholders today and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism in accordance with paragraph 17.2.1 of the FCA Listing Rules. A copy of the Convatec Group Omnibus Incentive Plan has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism. These documents will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
