Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Redcentric plc ("Redcentric" or "the Company") (AIM: RCN) announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2019 will be available on the Company's website at www.redcentricplc.com/about-us/investors/financial-reports/ from 2 August 2019. Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will also be available on the Company's website and posted to shareholders on 2 August 2019.
The AGM of the Company will be held at midday on Monday 2 September 2019 at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF.
