Notice of AGM
Telford Homes Plc (AIM:TEF), the London focused residential property developer, announces that printed copies of its Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2016 were posted to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy on Friday, 17 June 2016. An electronic copy of the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2016 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy are available from the Company's website at www.telfordhomes.london in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 12.30 p.m. on Thursday, 14 July 2016 at the Company's offices, Telford House, Queensgate, Britannia Road, Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire EN8 7TF.
The Company also announces that the information required pursuant to AIM Rule 26 can now be found at www.telfordhomes.london.
