PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF AGM

Afentra plc ('Afentra' or the 'Company'), advises that it has today published its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021, together with the Notice of the Company's Annual General meeting.

The Annual Report and Financial Statements, and Notice of AGM can be found on the Company's website at www.afentraplc.com.

There are currently no restrictions on public gatherings in England as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic. We can therefore facilitate the attendance of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting which is proposed to be held at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN on 24 May 2022 at 10:00am. We will continue to monitor the situation and, in particular, any changes to the applicable law or guidance in force as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic.
