Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Air Partner plc confirms publication of the annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 July 2010.

An electronic copy of the report is now available for download from the investors section of the Company's website at www.airpartner.com/investors. Hard copies of the report and proxy forms are being posted to shareholders today.

The report has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection shortly at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do .

The annual report contains Notice of the Annual General Meeting which will be held at Platinum House, Gatwick Road, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 9RP on Thursday 9 December 2010 at 11am.
