Publication of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2017
Filtronic plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 May 2017, and the notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), have been posted to shareholders today.
The AGM will be held on Thursday, 28 September 2017 at 11.00 a.m. at the offices of Panmure Gordon & Co, One New Change, London, EC4M 9AF.
