Publication of 2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting

London - 26 February 2026 - Vanquis Banking Group plc announces that the following documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism later today:

- 2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements; and

- Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting ('AGM').

The documents will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and are also available on the Group's website www.vanquis.com/investors.

Annual General Meeting

The AGM will be held at 10am on 6 May 2026 at Fairburn House, 5 Godwin Street, Bradford, BD1 2AH.
