Publication of 2021 Annual Report & Accounts
and 2021 AGM Circular & Notice
Revolution confirms that the Annual Report & Accounts of Revolution for the 53 weeks ended 3 July 2021 (the "2021 Annual Report & Accounts") and the Circular to shareholders containing the notice of the 2021 Annual General Meeting (the "2021 AGM Circular & Notice") will be available shortly on the Company's website at https://www.revolutionbarsgroup.com/investors/shareholder centre. Hard copies of the 2021 Annual Report & Accounts and the 2021 AGM Circular & Notice have today been posted to those shareholders who elected to receive them.
The 2021 Annual General Meeting will take place at 11.00 am on Wednesday, 22 December 2021 at the Revolution Bar, Arkwright House, Parsonage Gardens, Manchester M3 2LF.
Should the UK Government implement further measures in the light of the COVID 19 pandemic, any changes to the arrangements for the 2021 Annual General Meeting will be communicated through Revolution's website and, where appropriate, by a Regulatory Information Service announcement.
