Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings PLC ("IDS") a specialist producer of manual and automated diagnostic testing kits and instruments for the clinical and research markets, confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020 and Notice of Annual General Meeting has today been published on the Company's website: www.idsplc.com. These documents will be posted to shareholders on 24 June 2020.

IDS confirms that its 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held at 2pm on 23 July 2020 at its registered office at 10 Didcot Way, Boldon Business Park, Boldon, Tyne and Wear NE35 9PD. In light of public health advice in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, including to limit travel and public gatherings, the Company strongly encourages all shareholders to submit their Form of Proxy, appointing the Chairman of the meeting as proxy, rather than attend the meeting in person. As a result of this advice, shareholders who seek to attend the General Meeting will not be admitted if the current Stay at Home Measures remain in force.
