Publication of annual report and accounts

Infinis Energy plc (the "Company") confirms that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014 (the "Annual Report and Accounts") has today been published and can be downloaded from the Company's website www.infinis.com.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts will be posted to shareholders, together with the notice of annual general meeting and proxy forms, on 8 July 2014.

In compliance with LR 9.6.1R and LR 9.6.3R, the Company confirms that a copy of the Annual Report and Accounts has been uploaded today to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
