STV Group plc announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company's registered office, Pacific Quay, Glasgow, G51 1PQ on Wednesday 24th April 2013 at 11am.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2012 incorporating the Notice of Annual General Meeting has been published and sent to shareholders. A copy has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do
