Publication of Annual Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Mila Resources, a natural resources sector focused company, is pleased to announce the publication of its Annual Report and financial statements (as previously released in the Prospectus on 7 October 2016) and a notice that an Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is to be convened for 6 December 2016, at 9.30 am at the offices of Smithfield Partners Ltd, Temple Chambers, 3-7 Temple Avenue, London EC4Y 0HP.
