Publication of Supplementary Prospectus
The following supplementary prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:
1st covered bond supplementary prospectus dated 19 December 2025 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the CA$100,000,000,000 Global Legislative Covered Bond Programme of The Toronto-Dominion Bank (the "Bank"), unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments by TD Covered Bond (Legislative) Guarantor Limited Partnership (the "CB Programme").
The Supplementary Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
