Publication of a supplementary prospectus

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited announces the publication today of a supplementary prospectus dated 3 March 2015 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the prospectus dated 1 December 2014 in relation to a Share Issuance Programme of up to 250 million New Ordinary Shares and/or C Shares.

The Supplementary Prospectus has been issued following the publication of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 (the "2014 Accounts"), certain information from which is incorporated by reference into the Supplementary Prospectus.

Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus and the 2014 Accounts will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and are available on the Company's website at www.trig-ltd.com.
