€7,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Leeds Building Society Covered Bonds LLP (the Programme)

NOTICE IS GIVEN by the Issuer to the holders of the Covered Bonds that the Issuer on 15 December 2020 (the Effective Date):

1. The following Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

Prospectus dated 15 December 2020 (the Prospectus) relating to the €7,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Leeds Building Society Covered Bonds LLP.

The Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

2. As of the Effective Date, the following Transaction Documents have been amended and restated in connection with the transition of the Programme from a LIBOR to SONIA interest basis:

· the Mortgage Sale Agreement

· the Servicing Deed

· the Cash Management Agreement

· the Master Definitions and Construction Agreement

· the Interest Rate Swap Agreement

· the Series 10 Covered Bond Swap Confirmation

These changes were effective on the Effective Date, and the agreements can be found at the following link from 15 December 2020:

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Announcement shall have the meanings given to them in the Prospectus dated 15 December 2020.
