Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

Drum Income Plus REIT plc (the "Company") has today published a supplementary prospectus approved by the UK Listing Authority. The publication of the supplementary prospectus follows the publication of the Company's report and financial statements for the six months ended 31 March 2016.

The supplementary prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the prospectus published by the Company on 26 February 2016 in relation to the Initial Placing and Placing Programme of up to 100 million New Shares.
