Publication of prospectus 

GCP Infrastructure, the only UK listed fund focused primarily on investments in UK infrastructure debt, is pleased to announce that further to the resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 10 February 2017, the Company has today published a prospectus relating to the creation of a placing programme to issue up to 215,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company (the "Prospectus").

Copies of the Prospectus will shortly be available for inspection at the Registered Office of the Company, which is situated at 12 Castle Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3RT, Channel Islands.

A copy of the Prospectus will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and on the Company's website at www.gcpuk.com/gcp-infrastructure-investments-ltd
