Publication of Drawdown Prospectus

The following Drawdown Prospectus is available for viewing:

Drawdown Prospectus dated 13 May 2025, for the SEK 300,000,000 2.48 per cent. Fixed Rate Notes due 2039 (the "Notes") issued by Lloyds Bank plc pursuant to the base prospectus dated 17 April 2018 (the "Prospectus") in connection with Lloyds Bank plc's £25,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme.

The Drawdown Prospectus for the Notes contains the final terms of the Notes. The Drawdown Prospectus of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law of the United Kingdom by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (as amended).
