Publication of a Circular

The Directors of abrdn UK Smaller Companies Growth Trust plc (the "Company") are seeking shareholder authority for proposals to cancel the Company's share premium account and renew its share buyback authority.

Accordingly, the Company has today published a circular (the "Circular") setting out details of these proposals. The Circular also includes the notice of meeting to convene a general meeting (the "General Meeting") at which the appropriate shareholder authorities will be sought. The General Meeting will be held at 9.00 a.m. on 21 May 2025 at the offices of Aberdeen Group plc, 18 Bishops Square, London E1 6EG.

Terms used and not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings given to them in the Circular.
