Publication of a Circular

Further to the announcement published by the Company yesterday in relation to the Company's proposals to raise additional equity capital, the Company has today published a circular (the "Circular") in connection with these proposals and a general meeting to approve these proposals has been convened for 2.45 p.m. on 10 September 2013.

Copies of the Circular have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
