Publication of a Circular

The Company announces that today it has published a Circular relating to approval by the Company's Independent Shareholders of the waiver of certain obligations which may arise under the City Code as a result of any exercise of the Company's Share Purchase Authority.

A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM

Terms used and not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings given in the Circular dated 17 July 2013.
