Publication of 2018 Annual Report & Accounts

The Company has, today, published its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 ("Annual Report") on the Company's website at www.hastingsplc.com.

The Annual Report, together with the 2019 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be sent to shareholders on or about 17 April 2019. A copy of the Annual Report will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm. The AGM will take place at 11.00am on Thursday 23 May 2019 at Merchant Taylors' Hall, 30 Threadneedle Street, London EC2R 8JB.

The Company also announces that it will provide a trading update for Q1 2019 on Friday 26 April 2019.
