PUBLICATION OF 2011 ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS

27 April 2012 - Further to the announcement of its results for the year ended 31 December 2011, VTB Bank JSC announces that it has today published its 2011 Annual Report and Accounts (the "2011 Annual Report") for the same period. 

The 2011 Annual Report is now available to view or download in a pdf format from the VTB's website at at http://www.vtb.com/we/ir/ and a copy has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, which will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/.
