PUBLICATION OF THE HAYS PLC 2010 ANNUAL REPORT AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CIRCULAR TO SHAREHOLDERS
Hays plc has today, in accordance with paragraph 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, submitted to the UK Listing Authority copies of the following documents:
* Hays plc Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2010; * Notice of 2010 Annual General Meeting and Circular to Shareholders; and * Proxy Form for the 2010 Annual General Meeting.
These have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
The 2010 Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General Meeting are also available on the Hays plc website at haysplc.com.
