Publication of 2009 Annual Report and Accounts
Archial Group Plc ("Archial" or the "Group") (ARL.L), the architects and design business, gives notice that copies of the 2009 Annual Report and Accounts have been sent to shareholders. A copy of this document is available to download at the Company's website at www.archialgroup.com.
The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on 30 June 2010 in the Council Chamber Room at the Royal Institute of British Architects, 66 Portland Place, London W1B 1AD. The Notice of the Annual General Meeting is included within the 2009 Annual Report and Accounts.
