Provisional Grant of Options
Allergy Therapeutics plc ('the Company') announces that, pursuant to the Allergy Therapeutics plc Long Term Share Incentive Plan ('LTIP'), on 16 July 2009 provisional shares of 0.1 pence each in the share capital of the Company were awarded to the following directors, Manuel Llobet (Executive Director), Ian Postlethwaite (Finance Director), Christian Gratz (Executive Director) and Tom Holdich (Executive Director) at nil cost, as follows:
