Annual General Meeting:

A notice of the Company's AGM is included with the Company's annual report and accounts and is available to download from the Company's website at http://www.telit.com. The AGM is scheduled to be held at 7th Floor, 90 High Holborn, London WC1V 6XX on 24 June, 2013 at 3.00 pm.
