The Company announces that the final report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 has been sent to shareholders today and is available to download from the Company's website at http://www.telit.com/ and will be available for 1 month from the Company's Registrars, Capita Registrars, Northern House, Woodsome Park, Fenay Bridge, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire HD8 0LA.
Annual General Meeting:
A notice of the Company's AGM is included with the Company's annual report and accounts. The AGM is scheduled to be held at 7th Floor, 90 High Holborn, London WC1V 6XX on 13 July 2009 at 12.00 pm.
