Following a rigorous selection process, the Board of Provident Financial plc (the 'Company') is pleased to announce the appointment of Numis Securities as joint corporate broker and financial advisor to the Company with immediate effect, working alongside Barclays Bank plc. At the same time, the Company has decided to ask JPMorgan Cazenove to step down from its role as joint corporate broker.
