Proteus Agreement and Launch

("Proteus"), a wholly owned subsidiary of 2ergo, providing mobilesolutions and services to the North and South American markets, today announcesan agreement with Movistar Argentina for the launch of Universal Channel'smobile entertainment services. Earlier this year Proteus helped Universal Channel, the international arm of NBCUniversal Global Networks, make its first move into the mobile arena bydesigning and developing its flagship mobile internet portal,www.universalchannel.mobi - allowing the company to offer consumers premiumentertainment content and services for their mobile phones throughout Mexico. This new agreement now enables Proteus to extend the use of the mobile portal toall 13 million of Movistar's customers in Argentina, the third largest Spanishspeaking mobile network in Latin America. Proteus' solution combines mobile content provisioning, delivery and billingtechnology to enable portal visitors to download and access premium content forUniversal productions. This includes mobile video clips, games, wallpapers,ringtones and SMS-based campaigns. All are taken from the hit series of Universal and Sci-Fi Channels, such as Heroes, House and Law & Order, in addition to premium content from Universal Studios' blockbuster film catalogue, such as ET, Jaws, Jurassic Park, 40 Year Old Virgin and the Oscar-winning Brokeback Mountain. This launch is yet another example of Proteus' successful expansion into theLatin American market.
