Electrica announces the approval of the prospectus for the issuance of its green bonds
Bucharest, 10 July 2025 - Societatea Energetică Electrica S.A. ("Electrica") announces investors that the competent authority from Luxembourg - CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier) has approved on 10 July 2025 the offering prospectus for the issuance of Electrica's inaugural green bonds, in the amount of EUR 500 million.
The prospectus is available on Electrica's website at https://www.electrica.ro/en/investors/bonds/.
