PROPOSED WITHDRAWAL OF AN ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING'S RESOLUTION
Further to the Company's (LSE:DNA3, LEI: 213800BMYMCBKT5W8M49) announcement on 1 November 2019 regarding publication of the Notice of Meeting for the Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 21 November 2019 at 11:00 a.m. (the "AGM"), the Board announces that it proposes to withdraw resolution number 8 concerning an increase to the cap on directors' remuneration.
The proposed withdrawal of resolution 8 does not otherwise affect the validity of the Notice of Meeting, the proxy form or any proxy votes already submitted.
