Proposed Secondary Placing
Utilitywise PLC (AIM:UTW), a leading independent utility cost management consultancy, announces that certain Directors of the Company, certain employees of the Company and a former Director of the Company intend today to sell up to 10,350,525 ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company (the "Placing Shares" and the "Placing"). The Placing Shares are being sold in part as a result of the maturing of Utilitywise's 2012 Long Term Incentive Plan.
The completion of the Placing and the resulting Directors shareholdings will be announced as soon as practicable.
