Proposed Secondary Fundraising

In response to demand from both new and existing investors and in light of the continued strength of the pipeline of opportunities currently being seen in the European commercial real estate debt market, the Board of DREF announces that it is considering raising additional capital through a secondary fundraising. If the proposed secondary fundraising proceeds, the Company will invest substantially all of the available net proceeds of the fundraising in the European Real Estate Debt Fund L.P. Any fundraising will be subject to market conditions and further details will be announced in due course.
