Proposed Sale(s) of Business

Conviviality Plc (AIM: CVR), note the announcement made by C&C Group Plc ("C&C") and the Company confirms it is in discussions with C&C in respect of a possible sale to C&C of the Conviviality Direct business. The Company is also in discussions with a number of other parties interested in the purchase of the Retail business. 

The Company will issue updates in due course.

Temporary Suspension of Trading on AIM

The shares of Conviviality Plc remain suspended pending further notice.
