Proposed Sale of Tanglin Shopping Centre, Singapore ("the Centre")

Further to the Company's announcement of 16 June 2010 and subsequent updates (the most recent being on 30 August 2011) the sale committee managing the enbloc sale process has advised unit-holders that it has not been able to secure a buyer for the Centre and that the Collective Sale Agreement has now expired.
