Proposed Placing and Open Offer - Update
On 9 July 2008 Helphire announced a proposal to raise £45.0 million (before expenses) by means of the Placing and Open Offer. The Board wishes to confirm that a General Meeting in relation to the Placing and Open Offer will be held on 8 September 2008 and that Admission is expected to occur and dealings in the New Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 9 September 2008. A prospectus in relation to the Placing and Open Offer will be published shortly.
All terms used in this announcement have the meaning given in the Company's announcement of 9 July 2008.
