15 January 2009 iPoint-media Plc ("iPoint-media") Proposed placing

iPoint-media (AIM:IPNT), a provider oflive, interactive video applications and delivery platforms for web, 3G mobile and media, announces that it is at an advanced stage of discussions regarding a placing with certain of its existing shareholders and other Israeli investors to raise in the order of $0.5 million at a premium to the current mid-market share price.
