Corcel Plc, a natural resource exploration and development company with interests in battery metals and flexible energy generation and storage, is pleased to announce the intended appointment of Lord Henry Bellingham as an independent Non-Executive Director of Corcel Plc, subject the successful conclusion of due diligence procedures.

Information pursuant to Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies will be disclosed at such time as his formal appointment is announced.
