Proposed move to the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange

Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) B Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it intends to apply for admission of its shares to trading on the Specialist Fund Market ("SFM") of the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") ("Admission"), subject to the approval by the UK Listing Authority of the prospectus to be issued in connection with Admission, the approval of the LSE and the passing of the relevant special resolution by the Company's shareholders.

The SFM is the LSE's regulated market for specialist investment funds. The Company considers the SFM to be a more suitable market on which to trade its shares given its investment strategy.

The Company is not raising any funds or issuing any new shares in connection with Admission. On Admission there will continue to be 207,000,000 shares in issue. The Company's trading code will also continue to be "SIGB" and ISIN GG00B883XC99.

In accordance with rule 41 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company is required to give a minimum notice period of 20 business days ahead of the intended cancellation of admission to trading of the Company's issued share capital on AIM. It is expected that Admission will take place simultaneously with the cancellation of the admission to trading on AIM, and is expected to become effective no earlier than 8.00 a.m. on 7 May 2013.

The Company announces that it has today posted a circular (the "Circular") to shareholders giving notice that an extraordinary general meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 26 April 2013 at 1 Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2HL, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the relevant special resolution in relation to cancellation of admission to trading of the Company's issued share capital on AIM.

Pursuant to rules 20 and 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Circular will be available on the Company's website, www.sherborneinvestorsguernseyb.com. The prospectus will, in due course, also be available on the Company's website.
