Proposed Maiden Dividend
1 May 2014:Auhua Clean Energy Plc (AIM: ACE) ("the Company" or "Auhua"), the AIM quoted environmental technology group, is pleased to announce that further to its trading update on 7 February 2014, the Company is proposing a maiden dividend of 0.18p per ordinary share in accordance with the following dividend timetable:
