Proposed Increase in Size of Offer for Subscription
The Board of Octopus Titan VCT plc (the “Company") announces today that it is proposing to issue a Supplementary Prospectus pursuant to the prospectus it issued on 13 September 2018 before the end of the 2018/2019 tax year end relating to the Offer for Subscription to raise up to £200 million (the “Offer”), in the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 tax years
The Supplementary Prospectus will refer to an increase in the size of the Offer (the "Offer Increase") in order to cater for customer demand.
Further information concerning the amount of the Offer Increase and the Supplementary Prospectus will be released shortly.
