Proposed Dual Listing & Change of Accounting Reference Date
Agriterra Ltd, the AIM listed company focussed on the agricultural sector in central and southern Africa, announces that following a board meeting on 28 May 2009 the Company has decided to apply for a dual listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange. To expedite this process, the Company is shortening the Agriterra accounting year from 30 June 2009 to 31 May 2009. As such the next audited results will be for the period from 1 July 2008 to 31 May 2009. These results are targeted to be released in summer 2009.
