Proposed Dividend Payment

The directors of the Company have today announced that a dividend will be paid on 16 January 2014 to those shareholders on the Company's register as at the record date of 27 December 2013.

The payment of the dividend follows the realisation by the Company of its investment in Eclectic Bars Limited ("Eclectic") following Eclectic's recent Admission to trading on AIM.

The amount of the dividend will be £1.05 per ordinary share amounting in total to £8,427,040.
