The Board of Haynes Publishing Group P.L.C. has received an offer from JF Print Limited who is interested in acquiring the Group's UK Book Manufacturing business. Discussions with JF Print Limited are ongoing and at this point in time the Board feels it is inappropriate to speculate on the final outcome of these discussions.
The Board will make a further announcement once they are in a position to do so.
