Wilmington Group Plc06 June 2007 Embargoed until 0700 6 June 2007 Wilmington Group plc Proposed Disposal of Non-Core Assets The Board of Wilmington Group plc ("Wilmington" or "the Group") confirms that ithas conducted a strategic review of its business and has concluded thatWilmington should focus on its Professional Markets business. This comprises itsLegal & Regulatory, Healthcare and Media & Entertainment activities, whichaccounted for approximately 93% of group profits before tax in the year to June2006. Wilmington is therefore proposing to sell its interests in other, non-coremarkets. The proposed disposal includes the Group's businesses in the Design,Construction, Power, Catering, Automotive and Specialist markets. Grant Thorntonhas been appointed to conduct the sale. The Board expects to issue a furtherstatement at the conclusion of the process.
