Proposed Directorate Change
Further to the Company's announcement on 27 February 2020, the following information is provided in relation to the proposed appointment of Ishay Davidi, Lilach Asher Topilsky and Ran Shahor to the board of directors of the Company pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.

The Company currently has agreements in place with entities affiliated to FIMI, being Polyram Plastic Industries Ltd. ("Polyram") and Rivulis Irrigation Ltd. ("Rivulis").
Polyram is one of the Company's plastic raw materials suppliers and the Company's biggest supplier, from which the Company orders plastic materials from time to time. The purchases are made pursuant to an agreed price list that reflects market prices.
Rivulis is a relatively small customer of the Company that acquires the Company's products for its domestic and global irrigation activity, from time to time, pursuant to the Company's standard prices.
The Company intends to formalise these arrangements and an announcement will be made when this occurs.

Mr Shahor was appointed a director of Ancarac IL Ltd. in March 2017, which entered voluntary liquidation in July 2017.
There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies in relation to the appointment of Mr Davidi, Ms Asher Topilsky and Mr Shahor.
