Proposed Director Withdraws

On 3 November 2015, it was announced that Leon Hogan was to be appointed to the board of the Company subject to completion of normal review procedures. It is announced today that Mr Hogan has asked to withdraw from this process and that he no longer wishes to be considered for appointment to the board.
